Rinku Singh (Wrongly Retained)

The middle-order batsman from Uttar Pradesh is very good in First-Class cricket and has an average over 70. But when it comes to T20s, the story is completely different. Although he has strike-rate of over 135, yet he failed to establish himself.
In the previous two seasons, the 22-year-old scored only 66 runs at a strike-rate of just above 100. Now that KKR has released Robin Uthappa, they would look for a good middle-order batsman. Thus Rinku’s days in the squad might come to an end soon.
Chris Lynn (Wrongly Released)

One of the most dynamic opening combination in IPL is Chris Lynn and Sunil Narine. Since getting transferred from Deccan Chargers, Lynn has shot into the limelight. Despite having a poor international record, his franchise cricket record is great.
For the 29-year-old batsman it wasn’t a good previous season. However he didn’t disappoint either as he scored 405 runs at an average of 31.15 and strike-rate of 139.66. It is a big mystery that despite these numbers why KKR decided to release a top eleven player.
