This season Kolkata Knight Riders did not retain their skipper Gautam Gambhir for the eleventh edition of VIVO IPL 2018, but the veteran batsman says that he has no hard feelings for KKR management and he shares a good bond with them, in his tenure Kolkata has won two IPL crowns.

When question asked to Gambhir that if he  is hurt with the KKR management decision by not retaining him, in reply he stated: “As a cricketer, you have more bad days than good ones,”

The former Men In blue man also says that he respects their decision and he still shares a good relationship with them.

He added: “I have learnt to handle reversals. I respect the decision that KKR management took and I share a super relationship with them. The communication was seamless and absolutely transparent between us. They had a point of view which was backed by solid rationale and I took that on board. So no hard feelings.”
