8. Shahid Afridi – Paktia Panthers
After retiring from international cricket, Afridi announced that he would part of a few T20 tournaments. But the way things panned out in this tournament, it does not seem that he will play much T20 tournaments now.
He was not at all effective with the bat and was very rusty as he managed to score just 78 runs. With the ball also he disappointed the fans as his leg breaks did not affect much and he could just pick up 7 wickets for the Panthers.
9. Mitchell McClenaghan – Nangarhar Leopards
McClenaghan has been a constant performer in various T20 tournaments across the globe and has always managed to get a lucrative contract and thus in the process have raised the expectations.
Although he is not at his best in the past 6-7 months, yet many expected him to do well in the tournament. Well it did not turn out well as his death bowling was not at all efficient as he would’ve loved and managed to pick up just 5 wickets with an unimpressive economy rate of 9.76.
