6. Ihsanullah Janat – Paktia Panthers

He is one of the brightest youngsters of Afghanistan cricket and is expected to take over as the heir of senior batsman like Samiullah Shenwari and Asghar Afghan in the middle order of the national team.
However this APL season has dented his reputation as he scored just 123 runs from 7 matches at an average of 20.50 and went past the score of 30 only once. The middle order of the Panthers have let them order throughout the tournament and Ihsanullah was also a part of it.
7. Rahmat Shah – Nangarhar Leopards

He is one of the best all-rounders from the country and is a key figure in Afghanistan cricket. However the 25-year-old could not deliver the entire tournament expect for the match-winning spell against Kabul Zwanan.
He scored just 87 runs from 7 matches with the bat and took just six wickets with the ball with an economy of just over eight. Had the premium all-rounder performed and stepped up to the expectations, the story for the Leopards would have been totally different.
