2. Johnson Charles – Nangarhar Leopards

The Windies opener is one of the experienced T20 player and has performed well in the Caribbean Premier League, and was expected to produce fireworks in the APL too.
However despite batting in the top three positions, he could manage only 131 runs from eight matches with an average of under 17 and strike rate of 124. Had he performed well his team would have done much better in the season.
3. Paul Stirling – Kandahar Knights

The Irish batsman is yet another top order failure in this list. He is one of the clean hitters of the ball and can change the course of the game in a span of 30-40 deliveries.
However he had a shocking outing at Sharjah a he had the most underwhelming performance of the lost, scoring just 73 runs from eight matches, which is less than mediocre for a top-order batsman. As a result his team failed to make it to the final four.
