Cricket news: These players are performing great in the ongoing Afghanistan Premier League

The spinners produced by this country are nothing less than exceptional and has helped Afghan cricket to progress a lot. In order to find more raw talent, the Afghanistan Cricket Board has decided to organise the Afghanistan Premier League (APL).

We are already a few games into the league and we have already seen some players who could grab a huge deal in the upcoming Indian Premier League.

Apart from the likes of Rashid Khan, Mohammad Nabi and Mujeeb Ur Rahman, here is the list of five such players who can perform well in the cash-rich league in India.

1. Hazratullah Zazai (Kabul Zwanan)

This 20-year-old cricketer is finding his feet in the international arena as he has played just two ODIs and three T20Is for the Afghan national team.

Although debuting in 2016 in the T20 format, he was soon dropped after two games. Since then he worked hard on his technique and came back strong in the ongoing APL.

The left-hander has played in 4 innings and has scored 169 runs at an average of 42. He scored 124 runs off 55 balls against Nangarhar Leopards which gained appreciation. Kings XI Punjab might buy him so that he could open the innings with KL Rahul.
