It is the game of the top two teams of the Indian Premier League 2018 as Chennai Super Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad both look to book their place in the final.
Cricket news: Both CSK and SRH look to avoid Kolkata detour as the losing team will have to play the eliminator in the Eden Gardens
Although both the teams are the toppers of in the league stage with 18 points each, nut Sunrisers Hyderabad took the top place based on a better Net Run Rate.

But the two teams are not playing to their full potential. Hyderabad has lost their last three games in a row. It was back in 2014 when they had lost four games on the trot, but that time they had finished out of the top four.
SRH needs to find their lost form back. But the alarming thing for them is that they are facing a team that has already defeated them twice in this IPL during the league stage.

The form of CSK is also not good as since April 25 they are following a weird pattern of a win followed by a loss. If that continues then a loss is shadowing over their fate as they won their last game on Sunday against Kings XI Punjab.
The match will be played in an intense high-pressure situation and the fans would expect both the teams to give their best and present in front of them an exciting and thrilling encounter.
