1. Prithvi Shaw
Shaw’s ability was proved when he received the Man of the Match award in his debut match and the Man of the Series award in his debut series. He somehow reminds of Sehwag, who was terrifying and consistent at the same time.
Prithvi smashed a century in his debut against the Windies. His batting seemed so flawless that one might think he has been in the international circuit for a few years now.
Shaw also impressed everyone in the previous IPL season while playing for Delhi Capitals. He has the ability to score consistently and that too at a healthy strike rate. This is a quality an opener must have in limited overs format. Moreover just like Mayank and Gill, he can also be a surprise package.
