Cricket news: Kohli might break many records, but these five are hard to break
The 29-year-old has been an important member for the Men in Blue in all the formats and has made many records both as a player and as a captain.
Undoubtedly he is at the peak of his career and he will continue to remain the same for some time and will surely break many records in the near future.
However these five records are those which might not be broken by Kohli in the future. Let us look at the five such records.
5. Most ODI runs (Sachin Tendulkar – 18426 runs)
Virat Kohli has been the mainstay of the team like the great legendary batsman Sachin Tendulkar, and has been the target of the opposition from the start.
Kohli’s records in ODIs has been going good as he has racked in quite a good amount of runs. However he is not likely to break the record for the most runs in ODIs.
At present Kohli has played 211 games and has scored 9779 runs so far. He will surely play for the next 8-9 years but it will be difficult to surpass Tendulkar’s record.
