4. Kieron Pollard
The West Indies player was taken by Mumbai using one of their RTM options, which came on as a huge surprise for everyone as Pollard was not in a good form. And the decision was more surprising as the player from an all-rounder has now become only batsman, as he doesn’t bowl any more.
Pollard played 9 matches in this season and scored just 133 runs with a strike rate of 130, which is not at all near to his standards. Despite of his poor form he still got to play 9 games, but might not get any more opportunities in the next season.
