WEST INDIES vs INDIA, 2nd TEST: RAIN DISTURBED A LOT BUT THE SHOW MUST GO ON

The visitors are in full fledge to make a quick strike for their win. After the fourth day of the test, West Indies trail by 256 runs.

 

India leads the test series as West Indies is unable to perform on their home-soil. In the first innings India team managed to put up 500 runs on the board and declared at the loss of 9 wickets. Lokesh Rahul scored the highest among them making 158 runs with 15 boundaries and three massive sixes. Ajinkya Rahane followed his footsteps and he was left with undefeated 108 runs with 13 boundaries and 3 huge sixes.

Most celebrated skipper Virat Kohli could not show his magic as he had to go back for the pavilion with a sum of 44 runs. Indians showed their talents in bowling too, Ishant Sharma took a 5-wicket haul in the 1st innings.

In the second innings, West Indies trail by 256 runs making 48 runs on the loss of 4 wickets. Kraigg Brathwaite scored 23 runs where as Darren Bravo provided 20 to his team. On the other hand Indian bowlers like Mohammed Shami showed their skills as he managed to pick 2 wickets. On the other hand, Ishant Sharma and Amit Mishra got 1 wickets respectively.
