The  and their governing body states that the hearing on SC has been scheduled to 5th of December and they will definitely come out with some reforms and ideas regarding that.

As per the INDIAN CRICKET NEWS Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has deliberately sustained the reforms and as an eye catcher that was held at the latest Special General Meeting (SGM) in Mumbai on Friday (December 2).

BCCI is already ready with a backup plan and told the subordinates to do so if in case the hearing by the Supreme Court will not be in their favor or will not suit as of what they wanted.

“If court gives a verdict, we have to abide by it and change constitution accordingly,” said an official from one of the state units to PTI.

There were two states associations that were engaged in the reform and were supporting the cause but they both were absent from the meeting.

“There was a feeling members are having different opinion. Vidharbha and Tripura did not come due to fog. We explained the situation and clarified with them again. They reiterated their stand that was taken in the first SGM on October 1. Almost all recommendations agreed upon except a few. We will wait for December 5 Supreme Court hearing,” BCCI Secretary Ajay Shirke said after the meeting.
