BISHOP PRAISES KOHLI FOR HIS OUTSTANDING CAPTAINCY.

Indian test skipper Virat Kohli is praised by former West Indies pacer Ian Bishop as his aggressive methods in captainship led team India to win the first test against the Caribbeans.

Former West Indies pacer Ian Bishop is highly impressed after watching Virat Kohli’s performance as Indian test skipper. His aggressive methods and tactics led the team to win over West Indies by 92 runs in the first test which was held in Antigua. India is scheduled to play another test match on 30 July in Jamaica. Bishop too believes that India under Kohli can achieve great success.

“I like what I see from Virat Kohli . His captaincy is a reflection of
his aggressive personality, I prefer to see that in a captain than
someone who is conservative or who sits back all the time. In time
Virat will learn to give his bowlers a longer spell, or take them out
quickly. He is growing in this job and I like what I have seen so far
in his inventiveness and his use of the bowlers.” said Bishop
according to NDTVsports.
