AUSTRALIA FELL DOWN FOR 106 AS RANGANA HERATH SHINES WITH A HAT-TRICK.

It was the lowest total for Australia ever against Sri Lanka and the major credit is should be given to the man in form with a fantastic 4 wicket haul that includes an outstanding hat-trick which collapsed the Australian innings and never gave a chance thereafter to pick the pace of the innings and ended up scoring the lowest total against Sri Lanka.

It was a mere spectators game here at Galle International Stadium, Galle  for the batsmen as a total of 11 wickets fell before the lunch comprising of both the teams.

The day was called off with the scorecard reading 54/2 for team Australia and when they came in to bat at the 2nd day of the test match they couldn’t even withstand 20 overs from the Sri Lankan side and put down their arms giving away 8 wickets scoring just 52 runs and thus they could reach a total of 106 runs with 10 wickets down.
