BCCI Dedicates a Special Video on the Birthday of MS Dhoni

MS Dhoni has brought a lot of success and changed the dynamics of the Indian national cricket team since the time he started playing for his country.

Dhoni had made his international debut way back in 2004, but still now he is going strong with his game and enjoying the way he is playing every day.

He is celebrating his 37th birthday today and no doubt lots of love and wishes are pouring from all over the world.

The newest addition to the list of well-wishers is The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), which has wished with a special video which contained birthday wishes from all the teammates and Dhoni’s adorable daughter Ziva Dhoni.

The Men in Blue are currently playing a three-match T20I series England. Dhoni played his 500th International game on Friday, which the team unfortunately lost.

But the performance of the veteran was a decent one as he once again finished the innings for his team superbly, scoring 22 runs in the final over.

The entire Indian dressing room has a friendly atmosphere and when it is the birthday of the most lovable MS Dhoni, then celebrations from teammates is expected.

The video contains special birthday wishes for their special ‘Mahi bhai’ to whom many owe their career, including the skipper Virat Kohli.

The video began with some special images of the birthday boy and then came Kohli at first to wish him and to tell how he admired him all over these years.

“Mahi bhai, a very happy birthday to you. You at that age are as fit as ever and as fast as ever. It’s great to see you happy and smiling and enjoying yourself. I wish you all the best and it’s an honour to be playing with you still and to have started under you. You know the respect that we share and my best wishes and all the positive energy towards you. Cheers,” he said.

KL Rahul wished him and said that he is the luckiest person for him as he received the debut caps of all the formats from his hand.

Kuldeep Yadav also wished Dhoni and said that how he has been influential and helpful from behind the stumps and has been a lifeline for the wrist-spinners.

The video ends with a sweet and special message from Dhoni’s daughter Ziva Dhoni, who fondly reminded her ‘papa’ that he is growing older now.
