Rashid Khan Recognises an Indian as His Brother in an Old Photo

Rashid Khan, the star leg spinner from Afghanistan, has made a huge name for himself in the cricketing fraternity.

He has made huge progress in the field of cricket and has become a household name in T20 leagues all around the world and his popularity is rising with every passing season.

With Rashid playing so much cricket all around the world, there is no doubt that he is bonding with cricketers from other nations as well. Recently he showed his brotherly love for an Indian cricketer on the social media.

The storyline is based on a tweet which the young Indian wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant posted. It was a group picture from his childhood and he asked his fans to recognise him.

Among all the fans and well-wishers who commented and identified him, there was Rashid Khan too. He cropped out Rishabh from the pic and shared the pic as a response to Rishabh’s tweet with the caption ‘this is my brother’.

“yahi hai mera Bhai @RishabPant777,” Rashid wrote in his response to Pant’s tweet.

Rishabh and Rashid have not played together but have faced each other in the Indian Premier League. While Pant was purchased by Delhi Daredevils in IPL 2018, Rashid is a marquee player of Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Currently Rashid is playing for Kabul Zwanan in the Afghanistan Premier League where he has been in a decent form with both the bat and ball.

While Rishabh had a very successful time for his country as he went on to score a century in the final Test of the England tour and then backed it up with two consecutive scored of 92 in two Tests against the Windies.
