SRI LANKA vs AUSTRALIA, 3rd TEST, DAY 4: AUSSIES TRYING HARD TO DENT SRI LANKANS AT ANY COST

Sri Lanka surpassed the Australians by 288 runs

Sri Lanka ended the third day with 22 runs on the score board and started the fourth day with some of the marvelous shots. On the end of the day Sri Lanka put a runs of 312 on the board at the cost of 8 healthy wickets. Kaushal Silva starred for Sri Lanka by scoring 115 runs after smashing 10 boundaries with a strike-rate of 42.75. Silva did not get the support of any other player on the crease still player like Dinesh Chandimal managed to score 43 runs. Dhananjaya de Silva still on ground unbeaten at 44 runs.  Much awaited captain Angelo Mathews was able to make a meager score of 26 runs.  

On the other end the visitors showed their extreme talent in the field of bowling. Four great batsmen were sent back to the pavilion by Nathan Lyon in a total of 37 overs. Jon Holland was able to pick 2 wickets and the other 2 was plucked by Mitchell Starc.
