There is no comparison between Ronaldo and Lewandowski: Heynckes

Bayern Munich gaffer Jupp Heynckess avouches that he cannot compare between Cristiano Ronaldo and Robert Lewandowski.

Ronaldo and Lewandowski are the best in their area.

Right now maybe in the world of football the Real Madrid ace Ronaldo and the Bayern star Robert Lewandowski are the best two marksmen but Heynckess could not compare these two.

This season the 33-year-old Portuguese hotshot is sitting at the top of the scoring chart In the Champions league with 15 goals.

The Bayern scoring machine Lewandowski is also having a scintillating season with the German giants, this season he has got 5 goals to his name in the European competition and also in their last five matches he has got six goals in all competition.

Right now both the teams have locked their horns for the mouthwatering Champions League clash in the Semi’s and these two will defiantly grab the headlines for the respective teams but the German manager of Bayern is not ready to compare these two.

He voiced: "I do not think you can compare these types of players,"

"Robert Lewandowski is a player who plays in front of the opposing goal, especially with his back to the opponent. He is always attacked and this is one of the big strength of a striker who plays in this position."

The German head honcho identifies the difference between the Real Madrid man and the Bayern striker, glorifying the recent performance of Ronaldo.

Heynckess added: "Cristiano Ronaldo is a player who often plays on the left side and moves between the lines,"

"What he does outstanding - especially lately, but also during his whole career – is that he has a good nose for scoring chances in the centre-forward position and in front of the opposing goal. He finishes these chances as well."

"But you could cite the match on Tuesday as an example: Lewandowski's goal-scoring rate is great. He scored the first two goals on Tuesday,"

Both the teams will face each other in his Wednesday at Allianz arena.
