Despite the Argentine superstar has his history with the Spanish giants, but the former Real Madrid star says that his relationship with the Los Blancos side is finished and now he would consider a move to Barcelona rather than join them.

 

Paris Saint Germain star Angel Di Maria says that now he does not have any problem to play for Real Madrid’s rival team Barcelona if he ever got an opportunity.

 

The attacker has spent four seasons with the Real Madrid, and he has won one La Liga trophy and one Champions League crown with them, but despite he has many histories with the La Liga capital side he says that if he got the opportunity to play for their arch-rivals Barcelona he would accept that.

 

In an interview, he said: "My relationship with Madrid is finished because my cycle there ended,"

 

"Frankly, I wouldn't have a problem to play at Barca, to the contrary."

 

While playing for Barcelona would not be off the limit for him but he has got some loyalty for one of the previous clubs.

 

Di Maria made 35 appearances for his boyhood club Rosario Central, and he says that they made him what he is today.

 

He added: "The only club I couldn't play for is Newell's Old Boys because I am a fan of Rosario Central,"

 

Today Di Maria and his current team Paris Saint Germain would face Madrid in the Champions League round of 16 clashes at Bernabeu for the first leg.
