MANCHESTER CITY GOT AN ULTIMATUM BY THE SCHALKE SPORTING DIRECTOR CHRISTIAN HEIDEL OVER THE TRANSFER OF LEROY SANE.


Manchester city seems to be on the path of signing yet another of Pep Guardiola’s summer transfer targets in Leroy Sane. The 20-year-old winger is the point of interest for Chelsea F.C. but the two clubs are yet to agree on a fee. Manchester City is to offer £31.25m in instalments but Schalke F.C. want closer to £45 million.


Sane was in the transfer eyes of the City since long, who was secured in talks with Schalke over the last few week. Schalke was to travel to Austria on Sunday and Heidel made a statement saying if by then deal doesn’t reaches to the table than he will be going nowhere. But a deal seems to be done as Sane clicked for pictures in the Radisson Blu hotel in Manchester.


“Either Manchester city negotiate or they won’t,” he told German magazine Kicker .“If Leroy Sane travels with us on the plane to Austria, he stays.”

Sane is thought to be desperate to make the switch to the Etihad Stadium to work under new City boss Pep Guardiola.


Heidel revealed on this Saturday that Sane has come up with his willingness to leave the club, by giving a statement saying he wants to play for some bigger clubs.


“Leroy told me on Wednesday in an interview again he has requested to change clubs,” he said.
