Gareth Bale Refuses to Rule out Transfer away from Madrid in Summer

Although the Real Madrid forward has insisted that his only concern is to do well for his team, yet he has not ruled out a move to Bayern Munich in the summer. The Wales star is undergoing a pretty rough season and had featured in a handful of La Liga matches from the very first minute. His injury-affected season has led to rise of Isco in the preferred starting line-up of Zinedine Zidane.

Rumours suggest that there is a possibility that the ex-Tottenham player might return to the Premier League, as both Manchester United and Tottenham are being linked to the transfer.

The 28-year-old joined the Los Blancos from Tottenham in September 2013 for a then world record transfer fee of £85 million.

Recently rumours have linked him to a possible transfer to Germany’s top club Bayern Munich, and Gareth Bale was very much flattered to be linked with the Bundesliga Champions.

"You can never rule out anything in football," Bale told the German newspaper Bild.

"Currently, I play football at Real Madrid and I enjoy that.

"Bayern have a fantastic squad and already in the past they have always been one of the most successful clubs in Europe.

"It's an honour for everyone to be linked with this club. But as of now I am a Real Madrid player," said Gareth Bale
