France made errors against Germany: Deschamps

Football News: The world cup winner’s work rate against the former world champions has pleased Le Bleu’s boss but he also acknowledges that his side made mistakes during the match.

The French manager is not happy with his team’s performance.

According to the head honcho of French national coach Deschamps, his team was some short from their best against the German side in their 0-0 nation league draw.

After winning the showpiece event in Russia this season the French manager has had unenviable task to motivate his boys for the upcoming friendlies.

Now after Germany, on this Sunday France will meet the Netherlands, and the coach believes the work ethics displayed by his side on this Thursday evening foreshadow for the team ahead of the clash.

The French national coach voiced: "The match was quite closed, even if there were occasions when we were better and at times it was them,"

"There were some technical errors [in possession]. All the players are at the best on the physical level. The players made every effort to secure the draw."
