The Belgium international and the Manchester United’s midfielder Marouane Fellaini believe that the Portuguese man and the manager of Manchester United is the right man United need today, but he needs some time.

After a good start of the season Manchester United are struggling this season too as they won only two matches in their last eight consecutive all competition and standing at eighth in the Premier League table.

The 28-year-old midfielder have trust on the Portuguese tactician as he believes that Mourinho is in United to win and Mourinho is a manager with a lot of motivation, he wants to win, and that's what Manchester United need.
But the thing is Mourinho needs time and the confidence,

As Fellaini said in an interview with Daily Mirror,

"Every player trusts him, his philosophy and we have to follow him. We trust him,"

"He's here to win things. He's a manager with a lot of motivation, he wants to win, and that's what we need.”

"But to build a team you need time. I think we have the right manager and we have to give him the confidence and the time he needs.”

The midfielder also spoke about the missed opportunities by the United so far this season, which is the main reason behind they are standing at eight in the table, but he believes that the victories will come, they are not far away and they have to keep going.

"We started really well, but after we lost against Manchester City it's been up and down. We should have won against Stoke and Burnley, and taken six points, but we didn't,"

"We only took two points and it's a big difference, but I think the victories will come. I'm sure of that, because of the way we played against Burnley.”

"We had almost 40 chances to score, three penalties that we didn't get, and in football sometimes you need a bit of luck."

"The fans want victories, they want good football, but I think the victories will come, we are not far away and we have to keep going." He concluded.
