CONFIRMED: LIONEL MESSI IS RETURNING TO THE ARGRNTINA NATIONAL TEAM

After the conversation with the 58-year-old Edgardo Bauza, the Argentine captain has announced that he will be playing for his nation again. This is only because of his love towards the nation and to the national shirt.

The 29-years-old Barcelona and Argentine forward has recently announced his retirement from the international football after losing to Chile in Copa America 2016 final and that was his fourth international including the world cup final.

But after meeting and having spoken with the new Argentine national team coach Edgardo Bauza, he made his decision to represent his country again, as he said,

“I see there are lots of problems in Argentine football and I do not want to create another,"

"I do not want to cause any harm, I have always tried to do the opposite and help wherever I could.

"We have to fix a lot of things in Argentine football, but I'd rather do that from the inside and not criticizing from the outside.”

"A lot of things went through my head the day of the last final and I seriously thought about quitting, but I love this country and this shirt too much,"

"I thank all the people who want me to keep playing with Argentina, I hope we can soon deliver them some joy." He added.
