Two Indian Cricketers Are Set To Become Fathers Soon

Big celebrations are coming for the Indian cricket team as their two prominent members are going to become fathers very soon.

Cricket news: These would-be fathers would have a lot to look forward to in the next few months

These two players are the ODI vice-captain Rohit Sharma and pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar. Rohit had got engaged to his good friend Ritika Sajdeh in April 2015 and the couple got married on 13 December 2015.

Before that the couple had known each other for six long years as they met with each other through their respective professions.

Ritika was a sports event manager and also the personal manager of Rohit. The star batsman had proposed to his lady love at the Borivali Sports Club in Mumbai. It is the same ground where Rohit had started his career at the age of 11 years.

Bhuvneshwar had been in a relationship with his wife Nupur for quite some time and they got married on 23 November 2017 in Meerut.

“I know her since childhood. We used to stay in the same colony. We have known each other since we were 12-13 years old. Other thing was we stayed next to each other. It was like if I throw stone from my house, it will swing to her house. Parents took some time but they accepted,” the pacer had said of his relationship.

The Indian team is currently playing the Windies in the two-match Test series, after which they will play 5 ODIs and three T20Is against the same opposition.

The first Test was won by the hosts by a huge margin at Rajkot while the second Test at Hyderabad is currently underway.

While Rohit has been selected for the first two ODIs, Bhuvneshwar has been given rest due to excessive workload. Pacers Shardul Thakur and Khaleel Ahmed have been included in the squad.

Because of the current bonding in the team, it is a news that all the other mates would be looking forward to. We have already seen how Shikhar Dhawan’s son Zoravar and MS Dhoni’s daughter Ziva rule the hearts of other Indian players.
