6. Ravichandran Ashwin – INR 5 Crores

Not long ago this finger spinner was a regular member in all the formats, but was recently replaced by the wrist spinners in the limited overs format. However he still features regularly in Test matches.

The 31-year-old cricketer is the fastest to reach 300 Test wickets mark and also holds many other records. He has added many variations to his arsenal recently and is working hard to stage a comeback in the limited overs format.

7. Ravindra Jadeja – INR 5 Crores

Like his counterpart Ashwin, this finger spinner also lost his place in the limited formats due to the emergence of wrist spinners. He is currently ranked No. 2 in Test all-rounder rankings and No.4 in Test bowler rankings.

He is a regular member in the Test squad and also comes handy in the lower order because of his explosive batting. He is best known for his pinpoint accuracy and his ability to bowl quicker spells.

Like Ashwin, he is also trying to make a comeback in the limited overs format and is currently paid ₹5 crores per annum.
