West Indies vs India Day 4: India looking to finish off things quickly

India’s excellent show case with the bat in the first innings was carried forward by an exceptional bowling figure from Umesh Yadav and Mohammed Shami. Both the pace attackers of India blew up 8 West Indian wickets in the first innings. India will now think of finishing it up and end the match as soon as possible. On the other hand the hosting nation will look to put up a fight and save themselves from the follow-on.

In the meanwhile Ajay Jadeja former cricket player said “The pitch has something for everyone and the Indian bowlers have been exceptional. It hasn’t deteriorated as such, there are some foot marks for the spinners to exploit, but on the whole, it’s a surface where the batsmen can make runs. It will be an uphill task for West Indies though.”

West Indian batsmen will have to play out their skins and have to put in a massive effort and bring the best out of themselves beheld by Virat Kohli’s men from a historic loss. Moving on, the hosts have already lost the precious wicket their opener Kraigg Brathwaite scoring just 21 in the final innings. And they stand by a 302 runs trial by India.
