The veteran cricketer Suresh Raina, who recently made his comeback in the T20 side strongly, believes Virat Kohli will lead India to a World Cup triumph in 2019 and probably will be the player-of-the-tournament.

The left-hander is highly impressed with the fitness level of Virat Kohli and claims currently the Indian Captain is on another level and undoubtedly the best in the world.

"Virat Kohli is very hungry - hunger is there in his eyes. His fitness has been remarkable. Every time he rotates the strike - whenever he gets the loose balls, he looks to punish them. He is the best in the world, no doubt about it. He wants to win the World Cup very badly - probably in England, he will be the man of the tournament," Suresh Raina stated to India Today.

Suresh Raina who last played for India back in 2017, is set to make his comeback to the Indian team for the T20I series against South Africa. And having strong desire to make it count this time around as he stated he is timing the ball well.

Virat Kohli and company are setting up team for the World Cup 2019 and trying all the permutations and combination to fix the middle order of the team. However Raina feels No.4 position batsman needs patient.

"My peak is yet to come, my time will start from here on. Still timing the ball really well, have a few good bats. Need to be patient to bat at No.4," Raina said.
