KL Rahul the much reliable and promising youngster of the INDIAN CRICKET TEAM got struck at an unlucky score of 199 and threw away his wickets when the grand celebration was just a step away from him.

After putting the team to a commendable position it was just a run away for the Man to complete his first 200th that too against England but in similar turns failed to do so.

With this disheartening 1 run less to 200 he became the 9th batsmen in the history of cricket to get out short for a run short of a milestone and engraved his name in the list where he definitely didn’t wanted to see up his name.

KL Rahul had a handy partnership with both the batsmen as of Parthiv Patel 71 in the start and then shifted towards Karun Nair 71* who came in to bat next.

The pitch of Chennai is clearly a batting pitch as of what we have witnessed since the day 1, the pitch is constantly helping the batsmen to clear round their shot for what they are wanting to play. And the batsmen are also getting on the pitch and trying to make the optimum utilization out of the given resources from the pitch of Chennai.

The bowlers are facing a bit of problems to bring out the wickets from the hands of the batsmen as the ball is keeping as they are meant to be, there is no swing in the bowl and the spinners are also struggling to cope up and get the required turn to piss off the batsmen.

R Ashwin the highest wicket taker of the tournament got just 1 wicket to his name as the bowl is not giving enough turn and is helping the batsmen to a much greater extent and relying on the batsmen as much as possible.
