Great cricketer Hanif Mohammad was admitted in hospital last month due to respiratory problems

Pakistan Legend, Hanif Mohammad struggling for life after he was shifted to ventilaton in Aga Khan hospital, Karachi. He was admitted in the hospital last month due to respiratory problems. His son, Test player Shoaib Mohammad told that his father’s condition worsened since Sunday.

“He is now on a ventilator and in intensive care unit. He is facing respiratory complications due to his lung cancer.” Shoaib said.

Legendary Hanif, the 81-old-player is also known as  the little master for his batting. In 2013, he was detected cancer, went for surgery and treatment in London, recurred home properly but his son said that, his cancer deteriorated with time.

Hanif was one of the members of first Pakistan Test team that toured India in 1954-1955. He played a total of 55 matches with the highest score of 337 against West Indies in 157-1958.
